General Delivery Information for all orders
We can only deliver to any town or townland listed on our website order form.
Order by 1 pm local time for same-day delivery. However, with seasonal peaks in demand, we cannot guarantee delivery of any items on the same day as you have placed the order.
Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card. We don’t pass on any other details at all and don’t send out an invoice or receipt.
Flowers sent to schools, hospitals, military & business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.
In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Therese’s Florist reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal quality and value. Product images may differ from actual product appearance. If a particular product is out of stock, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Please note that prices of bouquets can sometimes fluctuate due to seasonal demand and changes in wholesale prices of flowers.
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods e.g. Mother’s Day we may add a delivery surcharge to cover the additional cost of transport and staffing during a weekend or holiday hours.

Therese’s Florist will accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal.
